FAQ for OEM order:
1, I am interested in having a bag manufactured. Can I customize the design and have my logo on it?
Yes, definitely. We mainly manufacture according to our customers’ specific instructions and designs. You can basically define everything including bag shape, size, color, materials, features and logo etc., and we can manufacture your bags based on your fully customized instructions.
2, Can I get a sample before placing the order?
Yes, we can send a sample for you to inspect. In fact, we always suggest making a sample for approval before moving forward with production. We think this is a good way to ensure everybody is on the same page, and we trust it will also avoid misunderstanding.
3, What is your sample pricing?
We charge 50 to 150 USD for the customized sample which depend on the material (real leather or faux leather , fabric etc). Customers will also bear the shipping cost for sending the samples.
4, What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
As our production lines are designed for mass production, to achieve production efficiency and to be cost effective, we have set a MOQ, which is 50pcs per style for real leather bags.and 200 pcs for the faux leather bags.
Based on our experience,for the more qty for mass production, we can offer the most competitive prices to our customers, and this would also avoid many material surcharges which would drive the overall cost up.
5, What is your payment term?
Our payment term is 40% deposit and 60% balance before shipment.
6, What is your production lead time?
Our production lead time is 30-75 days upon order confirmation and receipt of deposit.
7, What are the steps from development to order?
First, we need to receive your bag design and instructions. If possible, detailed artwork is preferred because we can then fully understand what you are looking for. You can also consider sending us a physical sample for our reference, if it is available. We can return it back to you after use.
We will then review your instructions and comment back. We will try to provide a rough quotation at this stage. If you feel that the rough price is within acceptable range, we can proceed with the sampling stage.
Upon completion, we will send the proto sample to you and provide a quotation. If there is any comment, or if there are any adjustment needs to be made, we can continue to work together until we are ready for order placement.
8, Are you a trading company?
No, we are not a trading company. We are a bag manufacturer who owns and manages our own factories. This gives us much better control in terms of quality of work and allows us to be more competitive on price.
9, How many staff do you have?
We have about 60 staff and five production sites to provide stable capacity at our customers’ needs.
10, shipping for mass prodcution
Normally by sea shipping or by air depend the client requirements.
FAQ FOR WHOLESALE :
The timescale for filling orders for which products are in stock is no more than seven working days. In the case of stock shortage (even partial), Rich Summer will contact the Client to inform them of the date of dispatch.
Charges are calculated based on the weight of the products and are explicitly shown when you place an order.
For mass production, we can check with the client to get the final shipping way (by sea , by air, or by express)
All our products undergo quality control by our staff. In case of production defects, we will repair or substitute the products, or give a credit note against the Client’s return transport document.
